Body work/cosmetic repair recommendations

I have a 2002 XK8 I purchased this summer that needs some minor body work, e.g., pulling a few dents, rock chips, paint swirls, etc. Nothing too serious, and nothing that warrants a new paint job, but just some small things I'd like to have corrected by a knowledgeable shop.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good shop that could do this work? Most shops near me (Chantilly, VA) specialize in either collision repair, or complete restoration - neither of which I'm looking for.

I had a good recommendation for a local shop, but it sold to a nation-wide collision repair chain before I could contact them, and another shop I visited that was recommended by a neighbor never got back to me with an estimate. If anyone has had any luck finding a shop for their Jags, I'd appreciate the tip. Thanks.

London Auto Review

Excellent PPI and follow on work by London Auto. Jonny and Nick walked me through all the XJS concern/trouble areas on the PPI, which were in great shape, for my 1996 XJS. Gave me the confidence to purchase and plan out/prioritize the required follow on maintenance. Came back to change out the valve cover gasket, spark plugs, differential & transmission service, as well as new radiator hoses (upper and lower) and a coolant flush. I appreciated the clear feedback on the various oil conditions, making sure I knew that there wasn't any residual or hidden issues (shavings in the XMSN or other warning signs).

Planning on returning for some rear suspension work in the Spring, per their recommendation.

Confident they will keep the XJS running smooth in the future!

George's Foreign Auto Shop Review

Wanted to relay what a great experience I had with George's Foreign Auto in Alexandria, VA, and Jack the owner, for my 1996 Jaguar XJS (I6 / 4.0). After finding a missing tool under the hood (a foot from the belt) and an unsecured (lower bolt was never installed) replacement shock after service at Top Line Jaguar (a review for another time), Jack was immediately able to get me in and correct the issue. Returned to have him conduct a brake flush, steering flush, and oil and filter change. Very knowledgible, and was willing to special order whatever brand of oil I desired. Also appreciated his on line interface for scheduling and maintenance history.

I need:

a tune up

someone to sort out why the interior heats up to the point you just wasn’t to pull over and shoot yourself

Someone to run down the soft clutch/slave/master action where i end up stuck in a gear.
