Shop Review from a 1967 Series 1 XKE owner

Our Jaguar is a 1967 Series 1 XKE roadster.  Like most or all of the NCJOC members, we love it.  We had asked each other “what’s your favorite car of all time?” before we were married, and we each said “the XKE Jaguar”.  The dream came true in the mid-1990’s and thus began the search for a competent and reliable garage to take care of it.  We’ve been to various businesses over the years.  The first (on Capitol Hill) closed when the owner retired; he loved the car as much as we did and he did good work.  The next was in PG county, and that’s where we had the most significant amount of work done.  Their mechanics really knew the old Jaguars, and they did consistently excellent work.  The owner retired, the shop was sold.

We then “discovered” London Auto Services, Ltd. in Falls Church, and we are so…

Shop Review from 1957 XK 140 owner

I am delighted to say that London Auto has always been the ONLY place I've EVER entrusted with my '57 XK 140 DHC. They have always been GREAT and I recommend that shop without qualification. I do not think they have worked on it in a few years, so I cannot claim to have current experience, but will try to remember when they had my car last, and send some information to the forum.

What services do they provide?

Shop review from 2015 Jaguar XK owner

I have a 2015 Jaguar XK base.  I purchased the car about two years ago and I am the second owner.  The previous owner had all maintenance and repair work done through their local Jaguar dealer, however since I live about two hours away, that was not an option.

Instead, I have used Top Line Jag in Springfield, VA. Let me preface this by saying there are a number of things this shop could do better, however I find them trustworthy, their repair work is solid, and their prices are reasonable (by Jaguar standards). They only work on Jaguars, and they frequently get work from local Jaguar dealers who can't service older models any longer.

To date, they have done the following for my vehicle:  Sourced and replaced a faulty side mirror, replaced front control arm bushings, sourced and replaced all four tires (Continentals), and performed the scheduled 30K mile maintenance.  For the tire and…
