10/8 - Hunt Country Classic
NCJOC is also an active participant in the Hunt Country Classic Car Show near Marshall, VA on October 8th.
This show is in its 27th year and is a celebration of all British classic vehicles and motorcycles. Cars will be judged by popular vote of those who have entered their vehicles in the show, but the goal of the show is to share our interests in cars, stories and pure love of the hobby. Classes are based upon the registrations received for each marque.
The show is held rain or shine. Cars are grouped by type of car and NCJOC will have a tent and club area near the Jaguar section, so let us know by email if you are participating and look for our booth. Music, bagpipers and a Kid Kar Corner are planned, along with vendors for food, car accessories and collectibles, as well.

Registration is on an individual basis at https://mgcarclubdc.com/hunt-country-classic/.
Early registration fees are discounted, so early registration is encouraged.
Show Field & Registration Opens at 9:30 a.m., registration closes at noon, and an awards ceremony is planned for at 2 p.m.
The show welcomes everyone to this family- and pet-friendly event. Entrance to the show is FREE, with ample parking provided next to the show field for $10 per vehicle. (Credit card machines often don’t work in this remote location, so please bring CASH!)

10/14 - Rockville Car Show
Make plans to drive your Jaguar to the Rockville Car show on Saturday, October 14th and spend the day displaying your Jaguar, and socializing with other members, at one of the area’s largest car shows.
The Nation's Capital Jaguar Owners Club is one of the more than 30 area car clubs that are recognized supporters of the Rockville show. The City of Rockville’s Antique and Classic Car Show is held on the grounds of the historic Glenview Mansion, also known as the Rockville Civic Center Park, 603 Edmonston Drive, Rockville, MD 20851. Last year’s show was sold out with 500 cars.
Please note: Pre-Registration for show cars is $10 until September 11. After that date, the pre-registration will increase to $20. Pre-registration will close on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 5 p.m.
There will be NO DAY-OF-SHOW registration at the 2023 show. Pre-registration can be done via online ticketing or by mailing in a registration form. Forms may be downloaded here: http://www.rockvillemd.gov/carshow.
Make sure to note Nation's Capital Jaguar Owners Club on the “Car Club Affiliation” line if bringing your cat.
The show field opens to show cars at 8:30am. Show car entry closes at 11:00am sharp. The earlier you arrive is better. The line for the show cars to enter can get long around 10:00am. The reason for the strict 11:00am cut-off is that the show field opens to the general public at 11:00am, so the City wants all show vehicles stationary by 11:00am. The show ends at 3:30pm.
If you don’t want to “show” your car, general public admission is free. There are multiple food vendors, a flea market area and live music at the show. Please bring your own chair (BYOC). Any questions please contact NCJOC’s event liaisons as:
